Your HBO Max Basic With Ads subscription through Spectrum TV does not replace any existing HBO Max subscription you may already have through HBO Max or a third party. Activating your Spectrum HBO Max Basic With Ads subscription may affect an existing subscription with another provider. Managing HBO Max subscriptions may be required to avoid multiple subscriptions and corresponding charges.

This subscription doesn’t replace any existing ESPN subscriptions you may already have. Subscriptions must be managed separately. You must maintain eligible Spectrum TV services to remain eligible for ESPN, at no additional cost.

If you have other subscriptions through third parties, contact those providers to manage your subscriptions.
