If you choose to add a Disney+ or ESPN+ subscription to your Spectrum service, it will be included on your monthly Spectrum bill. 

If you choose to upgrade your current Disney+ Basic subscription that was included with your Spectrum TV plan, the upgraded cost difference between Disney+ Basic ($7.99/mo)  and Disney+ Premium ($13.99/mo) will reflect on your monthly Spectrum bill.
