You can also return your equipment by bringing it to a UPS Store during store hours. The UPS Store will take care of the rest. If you can’t visit a UPS or Spectrum store, you can request a Home Shipment Return Kit by contacting Spectrum.

You can purchase the latest cell phones, smartphones and mobile devices at most Spectrum stores. However, not all stores have phones in stock, but a Spectrum store representative can help you order a phone.

To see if in-store mobile phone demos are available at the Spectrum store location near you, follow these instructions:

2.Click the “Visit store page” link for the Spectrum store location you would like to visit.

3.On the Spectrum store location page, you will find a list of Store Services. If “Mobile Demo In-Store” is listed, you will be able to demo the latest cell phones in the store.

You can purchase a new mobile phone online at Spectrum Mobile or at most Spectrum Mobile stores. You can also trade in a qualifying device and receive a credit toward a new phone.
